As a Claims Change Readiness Analyst, you’ll play an important role in helping our Claims function successfully plan, deliver and embed change. Working at the heart of transformation activity, you’ll help identify opportunities for improvement and ensure new initiatives are clearly defined, well designed and ready to be adopted by operational teams.
You’ll combine analytical thinking with Lean process improvement to support change from discovery through to implementation. By working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll help ensure projects are delivered efficiently, aligned with governance requirements and embedded smoothly into day-to-day operations.
You’ll contribute to both large transformation programmes and smaller tactical improvements, helping to drive continuous improvement across the Claims function. Your work will help ensure change delivers real business value while supporting regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness.
What will I be doing?
* Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency across the Claims function, optimising processes, controls and ways of working.
* Analysing processes and conducting root cause analysis using Lean and Six Sigma techniques to identify improvement opportunities.
* Quantifying potential benefits and supporting the development of business cases for change initiatives.
* Mapping current and future state processes alongside Customer Journey Mapping teams, ensuring documentation is maintained in the central repository.
* Supporting automation and digitisation initiatives, including the development of MS Power Apps solutions where appropriate.
* Contributing to the planning and delivery of change initiatives within the Claims transformation portfolio.
* Engaging stakeholders and operational teams to build buy-in and support successful adoption of new processes and systems.
* Ensuring change governance processes are followed and required approvals are obtained.
* Collaborating with IT and enabling functions to support system and process changes.
* Communicating progress, risks and benefits to stakeholders while supporting post-implementation reviews and embedding improvements.
What do I need?
* Experience contributing to or leading small-to-medium scale change or improvement initiatives.
* Strong analytical capability with excellent numerical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis and presenting findings to stakeholders.
* Experience developing, supporting or validating business cases for change initiatives.
* Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred).
* Ability to design and facilitate workshops to analyse processes and identify improvement opportunities.
* Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio), with exposure to Power Apps or other workflow/automation tools beneficial.
