Resident Estate Property Manager – Norfolk
We are seeking an experienced Estate Property Manager to join a commercially driven private estate in Norfolk. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of property management, reporting directly to the Farms & Estate Director and the Board. The estate comprises a large arable farming operation and an extensive let residential portfolio, with properties both on and off the estate. Maintenance is delivered through a combination of in-house resources and external contractors.
Key Responsibilities:

* Overseeing building projects and maintenance programs

* Balancing private ownership objectives with commercial performance and long-term value growth
Candidate Profile:
* Relevant professional qualification with 3+ years’ post-qualification experience
* Proven track record in estate property management and rural asset development
