Role Objectives
As a Software Testing Engineer II, I write, execute, and maintain test cases, report bugs, and estimate and prioritize testing activities. I track and analyze technical/client bugs, test business requirements, detect UI bugs, and collaborate closely with the team in an Agile environment. I stay updated on new testing tools and strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Writing test cases, executing test cases, maintaining test cases, and reporting bugs.
* Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities.
* Tracking and analyzing the technical/Client bugs on a daily basis.
* Testing and analyzing business requirements ambiguities.
* Very good eyes in detecting UI Bugs
* Collaborate with the Team closely to ensure the product of good quality.
* Working in an Agile Environment.
* Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
* ISTQB Certified is a Must.
* 2+ years of experience
* Mobile/Web Testing is a Must.
* APIs testing is a Must.
* Agile Certified is highly preferred
* Experience with performance and security testing is highly preferred
* Working with any Test Management and Bug reporting tools (Test Rail, MTM, ALM)
* Working with JIRA is highly preferred
