Trafford based, 24 hours p/week ideally Tues, Weds, Fri
My client is looking for a Part-time Administrator to offer support to the office for a 10 month contract.
1. Taking phone calls, fielding messages and maintaining email inbox
2. Placing orders using Sage
3. Scheduling engineers out for service appointments
4. Sending out documents and booking accommodation
5. Managing databases and keeping CRM systems up to date
6. Monitoring spares and parts deliveries
You will have great administrative skills, ideally from a scheduling background and be a confident user of IT.
