Randstad is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to join our dynamic team in Liverpool. This role involves essential student support, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide one-on-one and group support to students exhibiting challenging behaviour.
* Develop and implement behaviour management plans and strategies.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
* Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
* Enhanced DBS on the updated service is mandatory (or willingness to apply for one).
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
