We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our clients brand-new Emotional Wellbeing Assessment Home in Hinckley, Leicestershire. This is a full-time, permanent position with a contract that will guarantee 160 hours per month About the Role As a Residential Support Worker, you'll be an essential part of a small, supportive team. This new home provides short-term placements for up to three children and young people (ages 8-18) to help understand their needs. Your main goal will be to build trusting, nurturing relationships that promote their independence, confidence, and emotional skills. In this role, you will: Develop nurturing relationships with young people, focusing on their well-being and strengths. Work closely with families and other professionals to provide a holistic support system. Contribute to the daily running of the home, including cooking and cleaning, to create a safe and welcoming environment.
