The Project
Under our life science division, there are growing opportunities in the Oxford area. We are seeking an experienced senior project manager to join our team, starting from early tendering and preconstruction phases.
Projects range within £60M in the life science sector.

* Oversee project planning, budgeting, risk management, and quality assurance.
* Coordinate project handovers and promote business priorities.

Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience managing medium-sized projects, preferably in construction.
* Strong communication, planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies, health and safety regulations, and construction practices.
* Relevant technical qualifications and certifications (e.g., MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE).
* Experience in the construction delivery phase of projects.
Additional Requirements
* Membership in professional bodies such as RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent.
* Substantial experience in project delivery within the construction sector.
* Commercial acumen and leadership skills.
* Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and mentor teams.
