Summary
At Avanade, the IAM & IGA Associate Manager will help clients strengthen their identity security posture by designing, implementing, and enhancing Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities across enterprise and cloud environments. In a client‑facing consulting role, you will assess identity maturity, deliver scalable IGA solutions, and guide organisations on secure access governance, automation, and regulatory compliance. Your work will directly support digital transformation initiatives and enable secure, well‑governed identity ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement IGA capabilities including access reviews, attestation, role‑based access control (RBAC), entitlement governance, and joiner–mover–leaver (JML) automation.
* Support deployments of One Identity, SailPoint, Entra ID Governance, or CyberArk IGA modules.
* Configure and enforce identity security policies (e.g., MFA requirements, password policies, least privilege).
* Contribute to solution design workshops covering identity lifecycle, approval flows, and governance processes.
* Implement authentication and authorisation solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, and federation technologies.
* Integrate IAM/IGA tooling with HR systems, directories, SaaS applications, and on‑prem systems.
* Conduct current‑state IAM assessments covering Entra ID, AD, IGA configuration, PAM integration, and governance.
* Define IAM and IGA strategies aligned to client business needs and regulatory requirements.
* Produce architecture diagrams, capability roadmaps, and phased transformation plans.
* Build and test automated workflows for provisioning, deprovisioning, request approvals, and access attestation.
* Integrate IGA platforms with line‑of‑business applications and perform end‑to‑end validation testing.
* Deliver high‑quality implementation documentation, configuration guides, and governance artefacts.
* Experience implementing JML processes, access governance, and identity lifecycle automation.
* Ability to produce design documentation, process maps, and technical configurations.
* Strong communication skills and consulting experience in client‑facing environments.
