* October – January 2026, 2.5 Days per week
* January onwards, 5 Days per week
Location: Remote (Ad-Hoc office attendance in Cambridge for critical meetings/workshops)

Your New Role
This role is a key member of the Transformation Management Office (TMO). The role is accountable for developing and implementing change management strategies for one or multiple ongoing initiatives within the organization. Works closely with the Director of Change Management and the TMO team to ensure alignment of change impact across a portfolio of projects.
Provide change management leadership and support for major change initiatives :
* Coordinate change across multiple projects to ensure coordinated delivery
* Partner with project leaders and managers for successful implementation
* Ensure adherence to company change management frameworks
* Perform change impact assessments to identify risks and resistance
* Develop and deliver partner engagement, communication, and training plans
* Create plans for measuring adoption and success of change
* May work with external service providers
* Participate in AZ project management and change management communities of practice
* Demonstrate expertise in change management with a proven record of successful projects
* Exhibit strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence others
* Maintain good internal/external networking and consulting skills
* Interpret and communicate technical information in business language aligned with AZ
* Deliver high-risk programs/projects with sound decision-making
* Negotiate effectively across complex groups
* Hold formal qualifications in change management, project management, and/or process improvement
* Experience working in a global organization with complex/geographical contexts
* Pharmaceutical R&D experience
