Job Description

* Proven experience in an IT Manager or similar leadership role.
* Strong technical knowledge across IT infrastructure, networks, and systems administration.
* Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong knowledge of data protection and IT compliance requirements.
* Desirable:
* Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft Certified, CompTIA, Prince2).
* Experience managing IT projects from inception to delivery.
* Knowledge of ERP systems or other business‑critical software.
* Knowledge of extraction industry
