You will be a strong PHP developer experienced with any MVC framework (ideally Laravel) but also be capable of working full stack with any of the modern JavaScript libraries - they use Vue JS, but any others would also be beneficial. You will be comfortable working off your own initiative but will also be happy to help mentor more junior members of the team on an ad-hoc basis when needed.
