Your responsibilities Delivering pre-planned lessons across a mix of subjects. Keeping students on task and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere. Managing behaviour using the school’s established routines. Reporting back to teachers on how lessons went. Being a reliable presence that students trust and respect.
