We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at The Limes Tea Room & Cafe in GB. Responsibilities
Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring efficient service and quality standards.
* Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain a motivated team.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
* Supervise food preparation, cooking, and presentation to uphold quality.
* Lead efforts in customer service excellence to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory levels.

Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant or cafe management. Strong leadership and team management skills.
