What you'll do.
We're looking for amotivated HR Advisor to join our team on a 12 month FTC, reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner. This role supports colleagues and people leaders in our Vehicle Solutions business unit, where you'll have plenty of opportunity to make a real impact beyond day-to-day operations.
You'll handle a varied caseload of employee relations (ER) matters, offering sound advice and coaching to managers on best practice. You'll also have the opportunity to support on organisational development and contribute to the delivery of our People Plan, giving you exposure to stakeholders across the business and helping you develop as a commercially minded HR practitioner.
This is a hybrid role requiring 60% office attendance and regular travel to our Trowbridge office.
You'll also:
* Provide practical support and advice on ER issues including workplace relations and performance management
* Support the HRBP with organisational change initiatives
* Coach managers through disciplinary, capability, and grievance procedures
* Act as the go-to contact for employee lifecycle events such as maternity, flexible working, and occupational health, while liaising with People Services on contractual matters
* Manage the Exit interview process and provide feedback through effective analysis

* A sharp eye for data and insights
