Who We’re Looking For: This is a great opportunity if you: Have experience working with children or young people (education, care, youth work, mentoring, coaching, etc.) Are calm, patient, and resilient Can build positive relationships and adapt to different environments Are interested in working within SEND or SEMH education Want flexibility or a long-term role within specialist education Previous SEND or SEMH experience is beneficial but not essential. Many schools provide ongoing training and support — attitude and commitment are key. Pay & Benefits: Support staff salaries range from £21,000–£26,000 per annum, depending on role and experience Teaching roles are paid to scale Roles available across Crawley, Horsham, and surrounding areas Immediate starts and upcoming vacancies Ongoing support from a consultant with SEND education experience Requirements: Right to work in the UK A child-only DBS (support provided if you need to apply) Interested?
