Key role and responsibilities for our OFT Operator
1. Receive and fulfil orders in a timely manner and efficient manner
2. Track orders via delivery software
3. Assisting with various related tasks as assigned by your supervisor
4. Receive and quality check details for accuracy
5. Identify and communicate potential issues found while picking and packing
6. Create shipping labels through various shipping methods
Minimum requirements for our OFT Operator
7. Excellent eye to detail
8. Positive can do attitude
9. Be flexible and open to change (any other ad hoc tasks)
10. Comply with the health and safety policy and procedures
11. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
12. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
13. Computer proficiency
