We’re hiring an Account Manager and Senior Account Manager to join a fast-growing, global social and influencer marketing agency working with some of the world’s most recognisable consumer brands.
This is for someone who thrive in fast-paced environments, understands how influencer campaigns drive real commercial impact, and enjoys owning client relationships end-to-end.
The Opportunity
You’ll sit at the heart of the Accounts team, leading multi-channel influencer campaigns from strategy and scoping through to delivery, optimisation and reporting.
You’ll work across high-profile brands in sectors including fashion, beauty, FMCG, lifestyle and alcohol managing always-on activity and major campaign moments.
Account Manager
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
* Leading end-to-end influencer and social campaigns, including briefing, creator sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, live management and post-campaign analysis
* Acting as the main day-to-day client contact, providing proactive updates and strategic recommendations
* Managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets and deliverables are met
* Monitoring performance metrics and optimising campaigns accordingly
* Collaborating cross-functionally with strategy, creative, production and paid media teams
* Identifying opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and proactive ideation
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, social media or client services (agency or brand side)
* Experience managing budgets and negotiating with creators
* Strong understanding of paid and organic social performance
* Confident communicator comfortable presenting to stakeholders
* Highly organised and detail-oriented in fast-moving environments
Senior Account Manager
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
* Leading large, high-budget influencer accounts across multiple markets
* Owning client strategy, commercial scoping and campaign phasing
* Confidently allocating and managing six-figure budgets
* Driving performance-led campaign optimisation and reporting
* Mentoring and overseeing junior team members
* Contributing to new business pitches and account growth initiatives
* Acting as a senior strategic advisor to clients
What We’re Looking For:
* 4–6+ years’ experience in influencer or social account management
* Proven experience leading complex, multi-channel campaigns
* Strong commercial awareness and budget ownership
* Analytical mindset with deep understanding of performance metrics
* Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
* Comfortable operating in high-pressure, high-visibility environments
