 
        
        Working for one of the South Coast’s leading new home providers, we are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to lead on a brand new quality led scheme in Dorset, taking it from the initial launch through to completion.
Key responsibilities:
 * 
 * Ensure the presentation of both the Site and Sales Suite are maintained to a high standard at all times.
 * Lead on all prospective buyers, from site walks to show home demonstrations.
 * Maintain upto-date knowledge of local market conditions and competitor activity.
 * Maintain quality control and ensure all works meet NHBC and company standards.
 * Maintain and manage the internal CRM System.
What you’ll have:
 * Demonstratable track record of high sales performance within housebuilding.
 * First class experience of selling premium houses across Dorset.
 * Excellent communication and organisational skills.
