Exciting new Learning & Development Business Partner opportunity in an amazing organisation, whose HR Team is both professional and fun. This L&D Business Partner role reports into the Talent and Engagement Manager, and is responsible for the Companys employee Development Plan. Which means the design and delivery of identified training initiatives and selecting the methodology for these interventions. In essence, driving and delivering the whole learning agenda for the organisation, including and supporting Graduate/Apprenticeship Development.
Responsibilities and requirements reflect a focus on developing staff through structured learning initiatives in a customer services oriented environment.
Responsibilities
* Report to the Talent and Engagement Manager and own the Companys employee Development Plan.
* Design and deliver identified training initiatives and select the appropriate methodology for interventions.
* Drive and deliver the whole learning agenda for the organisation, including Graduate/Apprenticeship Development.
Qualifications
* Candidates/Graduates calibre preferably qualified in Insights Personality Testing.
* Proven track record of creating and delivering learning initiatives, with a flair for report writing and a passion for data.
* Experience in a large customer services oriented best practice environment where employee development is central to the people agenda.
