Full-time hours on a temporary basis
* Key Responsibilities:
o Providing high-quality business and administrative support to teams and senior leaders.
o Handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and care.
o Conducting research and presenting findings in clear, concise reports.
o Managing financial data and resolving billing and payment queries confidently.
o Servicing meetings and taking accurate, real-time minutes directly onto mobile devices to ensure swift documentation.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
* Experience in a business support or administrative role.
* Confidence working with confidential and sensitive information.
* Strong research and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A good head for numbers and experience resolving finance-related issues.
* Ability to minute meetings on the go using mobile devices with speed and accuracy.
