Overview
This role is for a Senior Support Worker, internally known as a Residential Team Leader, at Branas Isaf Children’s Service in Corwen. The position requires encouraging children and young people toward a brighter future, supporting them to thrive in personal relationships and within society.
Responsibilities
* Encourage children and young people towards a brighter future, supporting them to thrive in personal relationships and within society.
Qualifications
* Minimum 12 months experience in a children’s residential care setting.
* 1 year experience in residential childcare plus Level 3 Children & Young People Award or equivalent.
* Full UK Manual Driver Licence.
* Access to a company vehicle during working hours.
* Ability to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights and weekends) and participate in an on‑call system.
* Experience working within and leading a team.
