Senior Chef Responsibilities:
As a Senior Chef at The Steamhouse DEPOT, you will play a key role in shaping our culinary excellence. Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the company Head of Food to design menus that are on brand and that our guests will love!
- Lead the kitchen team for smooth daily operations.
- Foster positive communication between Back and Front of House teams.
- Ensure exceptional cooking standards and safe food presentation.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to hygiene standards.
- Monitor and rotate stock to guarantee freshness.
- Communicate menu changes and uphold compliance with regulations.
- Regularly check and maintain kitchen equipment.
