What the Job Involves As a Social Worker in the Adult Neurodiversity Team (ANT), you will carry out Care Act assessments, Mental Capacity Act work, and safeguarding enquiries, while working directly with individuals, families, and networks of support. The role focuses on delivering practical, person-centred interventions to make a tangible difference to people’s daily lives. This could involve supporting someone to develop daily living skills, navigate services, or strengthen links within their community. You will have the opportunity to help shape the growth of the service, contributing ideas and creativity. Support includes a thorough induction, regular supervision, and fortnightly reflective meetings.
