SFP is seeking a replacement Partnership Manager at a time of significant increase to its budget, personnel numbers, and projects.
Due to the current Manager’s planned retirement in December 2025, we are looking to recruit a dynamic self-starter for this permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage partnerships, budgets, and projects from development to completion.
* Coordinate with scientific colleagues and multi-agency teams.
* Brief stakeholders at Board level.
Candidate Requirements:
* Excellent organizational and management skills.
* Sound communication skills.
* Experience in managing budgets and projects.
* Educational background in environment, preferably coastal or marine (degree level).
* Ability to work effectively with scientific and multi-agency teams.
* Must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle, as the role involves travel across the Solway Firth.
