These positions offer the opportunity to work within busy Imaging departments, supporting vital services across the Belfast Trust. Successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring efficient administrative operations, including managing referrals using RIS/PACS systems, handling patient and departmental communications, and providing reception and general office support.
Rate of pay £12.75 per hour
Applicants must be flexible and willing to work across all Belfast Trust sites, including long days, weekends, and bank holidays.
Key responsibilities include:
* Registering referrals in line with IEAP and departmental protocols
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Providing reception cover and handling calls
* General admin duties such as filing, data entry, and mail handling
* Maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with Trust policies
