Broadfield Community Primary School is a thriving, diverse and welcoming school. We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join our school. Candidates will need to demonstrate that they are dedicated to providing our youngest children with high quality support.
We are looking for someone who:
* Can deliver high quality teaching and learning in
* Has a good understanding of the curriculum
* Can deliver specific support to raise the attainment of under-performing children and groups
* Can confidently cover a whole class on an occasional, short-term basis
* Can enthuse, motivate and engage children in all areas of learning
* Is committed to high standards and able to assist in planning, preparation and delivery of lessons
* Can work independently to deliver, monitor and evaluate the success of interventions
* Can keep detailed notes on progress and attainment
* Is able to work effectively as part of a team
* Has excellent communication skills and is committed to building positive relationships with pupils, parents/carers and staff
* Will be willing to contribute to the broader life of our school community.
