Details This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday 7:30-1700, and every other Saturday from 08:00-12:00. What You’ll Be Doing Answer incoming customer calls, handle enquiries, and support order processing. Support the trade counter by assisting customers in person when required and helping ensure the counter runs smoothly. Provide a high level of service to existing accounts and build strong customer relationships. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, following up leads and developing new customers. Support and grow existing accounts by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or solutions. Maintain strong shopfloor standards, helping keep the branch organised, safe and presentable. Be flexible and willing to support other areas of the branch when required. Work closely with the wider team to ensure customers receive the best possible service. Use industry knowledge and an understanding of the trades to communicate confidently with customers.
