An exciting opportunity has arisen for a clerical officer to join the team at Denbigh Hospital. The purpose of this post is to provide an efficient and comprehensive administrative and reception service to Denbigh Hospital. The post holder will be the first point of contact for telephone communication. They will work within the Denbigh Hospital administrative team alongside the Site Administrator to provide a seamless administrative service to the Community Hospital.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Offer general assistance to service providers and users, projecting a positive and friendly image to patients and visitors, either in person or via telephone.
2. Receive, assist, and direct patients to access appropriate services or healthcare professionals in a courteous, efficient, and effective manner.
3. Undertake various administrative duties to support the smooth running of the General Office, including clerical support to clinical staff and team members.
4. Facilitate effective communication between patients, staff in secondary care, and other healthcare and wellbeing agencies.
