JWR is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded resort hotel in the search for an exceptional Hotel General Manager.
This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a substantial hospitality operation featuring over 130 bedrooms, extensive leisure and wellness facilities, multiple food and beverage outlets and a thriving meetings, events and conference business.
Reporting to the Group Operations Director, you will have full responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of the hotel, leading a large management team whilst delivering exceptional guest experiences, financial results and team engagement.
