Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser – Crewe
To be considered for this role, you must hold a CeMAP qualification or an equivalent certification.

What do you need to be good at
* Engage with diverse people and establish their needs and wants through email, phone, face‑to‑face and video channels
* Manage multiple responsibilities and tasks efficiently
* Maintain relationships with vendors, buyers and developers, capitalising on opportunities while delivering excellent customer service
* Collaborate with branch peers to identify referral opportunities
* Accountably achieve KPIs by proactively seeking new opportunities and maintaining existing relationships
* Present yourself confidently on camera to engage and reach audiences
Your responsibilities as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser
* Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximising in‑branch opportunities and thriving in a challenging environment
* Follow up on in‑branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise value from each client
* Generate your own leads and business
* Collaborate with the Estate Agency, Admin, Training & Development, Compliance teams and Divisional Sales Director to ensure an efficient client process
* Provide exceptional client care from beginning to end, exceeding expectations for customer service
Working hours
* Full‑time, office‑based
* Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 18:00
* Alternate Saturdays, 09:00 – 17:00
* Day off in lieu when working a Saturday
Qualifications & requirements
* Hold a CeMAP qualification or an equivalentIndustry certification
* Experience in mortgage and protection advising is essential
* Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (as per the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
* Evidence of right to work: passport or birth certificate
* Proof of address, National Insurance number and full UK driving licence will be required
* Successful completion of a probationary period
