We currently have the following opportunity to join the team at our European Headquarters in Colnbrook, West London. Role & Responsibilities We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Apprentice to support key HR activities across the business. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, and follow up on employment checks such as DBS and right-to-work documents. You will also provide administrative support, help implement HR policies, track absence, and contribute to employee wellbeing by managing office amenities. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a supportive and dynamic team. What we are looking for The ideal candidate will be a motivated and organised individual with a keen interest in HR and business administration with strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail. You will be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion. You will be proactive, take initiative and be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.If you have some previous administration experience that would be an advantage Whats on offer This is a full-time position, based on 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and is site-based at our modern office space.
