What you will do: Work independently under the Trust's agreed schemes of work, interpreting and assessing referrals for complex X-Ray examinations while ensuring patients are not exposed to unnecessary ionising radiation. Supervise and guide Assistant Practitioners and preceptor Radiographers, ensuring they follow best practices in X-Ray examination processes. Check and assess your resultant images for technical precision, seeking advice when necessary from senior radiography staff. Maintain specialist expertise in the operation of complex X-Ray equipment, managing equipment safety and faults diligently. Requirements: Minimum of two years' experience in general radiography.
