This is your opportunity to join an award-winning AJ100 practice known for its innovative thinking, collaborative culture, and beautifully crafted buildings. You'll be stepping into a Project Architect role with real design leadership - running projects, managing teams, and delivering high-quality work that shapes learning environments across the UK.
If you're an experienced Architect with strong technical ability, confidence in front of clients, and fluency in Revit and/or ArchiCAD, this could be your next big step.
The Role:
* Lead the design and delivery of mid- to high-rise education projects from concept through completion
* Collaborate with in-house teams and external consultants to ensure design excellence and technical precision
* Develop detailed design, technical packages, and construction drawings using Revit and/or ArchiCAD
* Act as a key client contact — presenting ideas, handling feedback, and driving delivery
* Mentor junior architects and technicians, supporting their development while maintaining project standards
* Uphold design quality and compliance across all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Architect with solid experience running projects, ideally in the education sector (other public sector experience also considered)
* Confident using Revit and/or ArchiCAD in a professional setting
* Proven ability to manage teams, liaise with clients, and coordinate with consultants
* A strong eye for detail, coupled with delivery experience across RIBA stages
* Positive, proactive attitude and a collaborative working style
