As a Customer Service Coordinator, youll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment managing customer orders, quotes, and deliveries. Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 dependant on experience. Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator: * Deliver high quality customer service, acting as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email * Prepare and follow up on customer quotations * Negotiate aspects of quotes to secure orders * Convert Purchase Orders and confirm availability of equipment * Create and manage customer contracts * Ensure timely delivery of products and solutions, coordinating logistics with the relevant teams * Collaborate with field sales to act on new opportunities * Maintain relationships with key customers Key Skills and Experience:
