They are now seeking a commercially astute and hands on Global Marketing Communications Specialist to join their international team. This is a pivotal role for a strategic content creator with solid B2B marketing experience, ideally gained within a manufacturing or industrial technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Content and Campaign Management

Create and manage high quality B2B content across digital channels, brochures, datasheets, presentations, and promotional materials.

Support multi market marketing campaigns and product launches, coordinating assets, messaging, and internal communications across departments.
*
Translate complex technical information into accessible, compelling content for target audiences.
Digital and Social Strategy
*
Manage the company’s digital presence, including social media and website updates.
*
Plan, schedule, and optimise content to grow global engagement across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
*
Monitor analytics and adapt strategies based on performance insights.
Brand and Messaging
*
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications and touchpoints.
*
Contribute to the development of positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity for campaigns and product communications.
Events and External Communications
*
Support the coordination of trade shows, exhibitions, customer events, and product launches across global markets.
*
Create marketing packs, case studies, and campaign assets to support sales teams and channel partners.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

Work cross functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering and external partners to gather insights and align marketing efforts with commercial objectives.

Source and develop customer stories, application success cases, and technical references to be used across campaigns.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Essential Skills and Experience:

3 plus years’ experience in B2B marketing communications, ideally in a manufacturing, engineering, or technology based environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify and present technical information.
*
Experience creating content across digital platforms, print materials, and events.
*
Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva and CMS or social platforms.
*
Highly organised, able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities across time zones.
*
Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are a bonus.
*
Willingness to travel occasionally for events or internal meetings
