Job Description
The Credit Controller's duties will include but are not limited to:
3. Manage the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
4. Maintain and update accurate records of all financial transactions and client accounts.
5. Communicate with clients to resolve payment queries and discrepancies professionally.
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
7. General administration duties.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
8. Prior experience working in a finance, customer service or administration role.
9. A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
10. Looking for a career working in finance.
11. Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
12. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
13. A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
