What you’ll be doing:
* Picking and selecting the best quality products on the shop floor that online customers have ordered, ready for delivery to their doorsteps, or providing excellent substitutions when products are out of stock.
* Using a handset that plans your route around the store, guiding what you need to select and how long you have to complete each shop.
* Handling customer queries behind the scenes, processing orders, and helping load vans for our Home Delivery Drivers.
* Always ready to serve customers brilliantly, supporting with questions, and proactively offering help.
* Building extensive knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
* Working flexibly across the store as needed.

* You must be above the school-leaving age in your country (School leaving age - GOV.UK).
* If shifts include hours before 6am or after 11pm, you must be at least 18 years old.
