Job Title: Tutor - Adult Education

Dartford Adult Education Centre
Working Days/Hours:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
08:30 - 16:30 (21 hours per week)
Salary:
15.76 per hour
Job Purpose:
To deliver high-quality learning sessions that meet the needs of learners, support their personal development, and help them achieve their learning goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in your subject area
* Create a positive and supportive learning environment
* Monitor and assess learner progress, providing feedback and guidance
* Work collaboratively with the centre staff and support services
Requirements:
* Experience in teaching or training adults (preferred)
* Must be willing to teach entry level maths as well as the English ESOL
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
* A recognised teaching qualification
