Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Distribution Hygiene Manager located in Ellesmere Port. The Distribution Hygiene Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing cleaning operations in distribution facilities. This includes daily management of cleaning staff, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and safety regulations, coordinating with facility management, supervising the execution of cleaning schedules, and ensuring the availability of cleaning supplies.
Qualifications
* Experience in managing cleaning operations and staff supervision
* Knowledge of hygiene standards and safety regulations
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Good communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work independently and address issues proactively
* Previous experience in a similar role within a distribution or industrial environment is a plus
* Basic IT skills for reporting and communication
