Qualifications
* A qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive (with higher rights) of 2 years PQE
* Experienced within family law preferably within private children
* Knowledge of Legal Aid would be desirable
* A positive and proactive approach to both, clients, and staff
* Confident, passionate and possess first class communication skills
* Experienced in undertaking own advocacy
