We are recruiting for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to support the Home Manager within a well-established nursing home in the Dartford area.
This role is key in supporting the launch of a new nursing unit opening in the coming months. It is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable nurse ready to step into a senior leadership position within a supportive environment.
The Role
* Support the Home Manager with the development and opening of a new nursing unit
* Provide strong clinical leadership on shift
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care
* Lead best practice in dementia care
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal governance
* Support audits, medication management and clinical documentation
Requirements
* Registered General Nurse (RGN)
* Valid NMC PIN
* Previous nursing home experience
* Strong dementia care background
* Senior or leadership experience preferred
Commutable From Gravesend, Bexley, Sidcup, Swanley, Greenhithe, Crayford, Northfleet and surrounding Kent / South East London areas.
