The Role: The Corporate Pricing Specialist is a senior, revenue-critical role responsible for converting qualified opportunities into completed, compliant energy contracts. You will take ownership of pricing, supplier negotiation and deal completion, ensuring every contract is commercially sound, accurately documented and compliant with internal and supplier requirements. This role is target-driven and performance-led, with individual revenue targets applied from day one. What You Will Be Doing Day to Day: Taking ownership of qualified opportunities passed from the Sales team Preparing and managing tenders across multiple energy suppliers Negotiating pricing and commercial terms with suppliers and business decision makers Analysing energy data and identifying value opportunities for clients Ensuring all contracts, pricing and documentation meet compliance and governance standards Maintaining accurate, audit-ready CRM records and supporting documentation Delivering individual acquisition revenue targets from day one Working closely with Sales, Finance and Compliance to protect margin and quality What We are Looking For: Proven experience in B2B sales, pricing or account management within energy or utilities Strong negotiation, analytical and commercial judgement skills Clear understanding of pricing, margin and revenue drivers High attention to detail with a strong compliance mindset Confident, professional and comfortable working under pressure Experience using CRM systems and supplier portals What You Will Get: £45,000 to £60,000 basic salary (DOE) Commission paid under an unrivalled clear, structured scheme Realistic OTE Full training, ongoing coaching and support Clear progression opportunities into senior roles Time off during festive period Private Medical with Vitality Team days out and incentives Final Call to Action If you want to start a career in sales where effort is recognised, expectations are clear and progression is achievable, we would like to hear from you.
