About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Admin Support to provide administrative support to our HR team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced HR environment and contribute to the smooth running of HR operations.

In April 2018 Medicus Health Partners was formed and is the largest GP Partnership in Enfield, caring for over 93,000 patients across 09 locations. Our dedicated team is passionate about healthcare and committed to providing exceptional care. We have a strong focus on COVID-19 support and operate a dedicated Vaccine Hub in Enfield since December 2020. Medicus Health Partners is also part of Enfield Unity Primary Care Network, working with other practices in the area to share resources to enhance services and support our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
* Assist in drafting HR documents, letters, and internal communications.
* Support with job advert postings and recruitment administration.
* Maintain and update HR records, databases, and filing systems.
* Help coordinate HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and training.
* Carry out other HR administrative tasks as required to support the team
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR.
* Good understanding of HR processes and terminology (UK context).
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* A high degree of discretion and an understanding of confidentiality
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pay: £12.21 per hour
