The Role:
Our client, a dynamic and high-performing main dealer, is seeking an experienced and driven Car Sales Executive to join their thriving team based around the outskirts of Basingstoke. Representing a recognised brand and operating within a modern dealership environment, this role will focus on used car sales, working within an experienced and small team.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Executive:
Welcome and engage customers both in the showroom and on the forecourt
Identify and understand customers’ needs to recommend suitable vehicles and add-on products
Provide detailed information about vehicle features, warranties, and services
Accompany customers on test drives
Handle negotiations and guide customers through pricing, sale terms, and finance options
Maintain excellent customer service standards to encourage repeat business and referrals
Use internal systems to manage customer enquiries and follow-ups
Must possess a valid UK driver's licence
Package:
Salary: £18,000 basic + OTE £55,000+ Un-Capped – Zero threshold, earn on 1st car sold.
Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm – Day off in the week. X1 late shift a week until 6:30pm.
Saturday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm – If you work a Sunday, you will have two-days off the following week.
