FMServ offers a nationwide commercial property maintenance service, including 24-hour emergency call-outs and other small works.
Due to continual year on year growth, as of 2024 we employ over 70 employees across the UK and are expanding.
Job Description
Job Title: Key Account Lead (Customer Support / Scheduling Lead)
Location: Kenilworth
Hours: 40 per week - (7-4, 8-5, 9-6) Mon-Fri rota

Responsibilities
* Being the single point of contact for the clients within the Key Account
* Managing workflows and updating clients on job progression and SLA delivery/failure
* Ensuring project work is scheduled in-line with client expectations and clear communication throughout
* Answering calls from Engineers and Clients
* Allocation of work to engineers
* Arranging materials for Engineers within Purchase Order limits
* Ensuring job status and notes are correct and updated in the system
* Closing of completed work by updating job notes, checking engineer site times and sending job-sheets to the client through the Simpro FM system
* Ensuring that the material ordering requirements for Procurement are clear and concise
There is also optional out of hours work available on a weekly rota. Additional pay for the OOH work
* Taking calls and between the hours of 5pm and 10pm Monday-Friday and weekends
* This is home-based working
* Rota runs from 7am Monday to 7am following Monday
* Logging and allocating of jobs in line with SLAs
Qualifications / Experience
To be successful in the Key Account Lead role you must have:
* Industry experience in FM and a proven record in client focussed work ethic
* Strong organisational skills to ensure the job status in the Simpro FM system is updated daily
* Excellent communications and computer skills
* Good geographical knowledge of the UK
* Scheduling experience
