Pitch is proud to be partnering with a specialist Warwickshire-based digital marketing agency that is looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join its team on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract, covering a period of maternity leave.

The Role
As SEO Manager, you’ll take ownership of SEO strategy and delivery across multiple clients, acting as the technical SEO lead while managing and developing a small team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and mentoring a team of SEO specialists
* Developing and delivering effective SEO strategies for new and existing clients
* Acting as the technical SEO expert, supported by a strong Content Lead
* Conducting SEO audits, performance reviews, and identifying optimisation opportunities
* Working directly with clients as their day-to-day SEO contact
* Sharing best practice, testing new techniques, and driving continual improvement
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
* Strong experience in technical SEO, with the ability to audit, analyse, and strategise effectively
* Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging clients and internal teams
* A collaborative mindset and passion for delivering outstanding results
