Reliability Engineer – Semiconductors – Oldham – Greater Manchester

Bluegate are looking for a Reliability Engineer who thrives on solving complex problems and ensuring our devices perform flawlessly in the toughest conditions. You’ll own reliability testing, failure analysis, and lifetime modelling — driving product quality from design to production.
What you’ll do:
* Develop and execute reliability test plans for cutting‑edge semiconductor devices
* Analyse failure mechanisms and drive root‑cause solutions
* Collaborate across design, test, and manufacturing teams to enhance product robustness
What you’ll need:
* Minimum of ONC / HNC in Electronics, Materials Science, or related field
* Experience in semiconductor or electronics reliability, testing and failure analysis
* A passion for precision and innovation
