GWR Legal Recruitment are assisting a Solicitors practice in the Bungay area of Suffolk who are looking to recruit an additional Residential Property Lawyer to their team.
This highly regarded and long established high street style practice are looking for a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with upwards of 1 years PQE in dealing with the broad range of residential conveyancing transactions.
This firm is well known locally and enjoys a fantastic reputation for property work. Much of their work comes from recommendations, repeat clients and their general high standing in the local community.
The role would suit lawyers who have experience and enjoy working in a high street law firm where you will have the opportunity for plenty of direct client contact and the chance to really make a name for yourself in the local area as a go to lawyer for property matters.
The team is thriving and there is plenty of work to do but they are not a high volume environment and there is an emphasis on individual client service and high standards for all the clients that entrust them with dealing with their property law needs.
The salary will be based on experience and this will be in addition to 25 days annual leave and other perks.
