Role: Sales Co-ordinator Location: Coalville Excellent Salary plus fantastic benefits – office based role Our client is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their growing business, this is a business that looks after their employees and understand the importance of team-work. Day to Day duties: * Working as part of a team of 4, you will be the Customer Service, administration expert to ensure the team are driving towards their goals * You will be the central point of contact for administration around the sales function and ensuring all problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner * Processing reports from Account Managers, which includes data entry into CRM, creating quotations and arranging samples. * Respond to all incoming enquiries by phone and email for a specific group of customers within set time parameters with quotation and technical information, and set tasks for internal sales team to follow-up the enquiry as quickly as possible. * Managing high volume of incoming emails and calls and ensuring tasks are prioritised and scheduled to ensure fastest possible response time to our customers. * Support the Account Managers and Internal Sales Reps with all administrative back-up, including working with other departments for example Procurement, Operations and Marketing. * Key customer account administrative support including consignment stock management. * Working closely with the Customer Service team who are responsible for all Order Processing and post-sale customer support.
