* Deliver on KPIs, pushing the team to deliver every shift, every day.
* Manage operations: rosters, stock, reporting – keeping behind‑the‑scenes smooth.
* Create unforgettable guest moments, turning first‑timers into regulars.
Qualifications
* Senior leader with proven team management in a high‑volume restaurant.
* Strong people skills: coaching, tough conversations, cultivating a culture of belonging.
* Operational excellence: keeping processes efficient, clean, compliant even under chaos.
